Hiring Process Workflows


A workflow is a series of steps that can be taken through-out the life-cycle of the hiring process.  Each step is represented by an activity and represents a milestone in the work cycle.


Many organizations simply hire.  They do not follow a structured, repeatable process and, therefore, open themselves up to risk and unfair hiring practice claims.  Creating a workflow outlining each step of the process will:



In order to define the appropriate workflows, ITM will conduct an assessment of existing practices by collaborating with HR, business leaders, front-line managers and  newly hired associates.  Gaps will be identified and addressed, process changes may be recommended, and a workflow will be created.  Additionally, ITM will train HR and hiring managers appropriately to ensure 100% adoption and success.
